I saw Casper, the movie and I never knew that an animated cartoon series became popular after the 1995 film feature. In fact, Casper now is already very popular; in fact, the very first Middle East amusement theme park with his name will be built in Dubai and is targeted to open by next year’s first quarter. Dubai Festival Centre will be the located of the construction of the Casper Theme Park which will begin shortly.
