Largest Roller Coaster in China Soon
August 8 is the grand opening of China’s largest roller coaster in Shanghai Happy Valley located just a little bit outside of Shanghai. The Chinese starting August 8 will now experience the same thrill that the riders of the rollers coasters in some of the famous theme parks around the world like Walt Disney World Theme Park, Universal Studios Theme park and Six Flag Magic Mountain.
Amusement park rides ranges from children to adult ride. Thus, not only children will have the greatest time of their lives but also the adults. Thus, the Chinese community awaits the newest member of theme park attractions.
It has been almost a 3 year wait for the Chinese community. The construction of the said park started in 2006 on a 900,000 square meter land 40 kilometer on the southwestern of Shanghai called Sheshan.
Hurricane Bay, Shanghai Beach, Ants Kingdom and Shangri-la are the 4 of the 7 region division of the theme Park. Roller coasters built from the North American, German and Netherlands Company. Mine Train Coaster, Diving Coaster, turbo Drop and Space Shot and Fireball are included in the showcase.
If roller coaster and amusement park rides are not your cup of tea, then you can enjoy a few hours in the OCT Theater which boasts acrobatic, dance and song concerts including other entertainment all throughout the theme park. For the food lover Arthur Palace House hosts food exhibitions and could cater for 1,400 guest.
China has now an added tourist attraction to add to its sleeves together with the famous attractions it already has. Perhaps after seeing the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, The Terracotta Warriors, Karst Mountains in Yangshou, Yangtze River, Giant Pandas, Jiuzhaigou, bund, Shanghai and Potala Palaca, Lhasa you will then conclude your travel by spending a day at Shanghai Happy Valley.
