As we all know theme parks have rides such as the carousels, ferris wheels, roller coasters and so on, nowadays there are new rides on the theme parks especially those rides that have incorporated the animated movies or cartoon series. You will most likely to find some them in theme parks, take for example the animated movie Shrek, there is a movie ride that is all about Shrek and many others. Animated rides have been one of the popular rides that attract children and that keeps them coming back. Here are some of these popular animated rides.

  • Shrek 4D is a multi-sensory movie which started in Universal City in California has become fast becoming popular to children and also to adults. There are some thrills of a motion simulator action on the seats that you will be on; it has the ability to move in a horizontal and vertical direction that also incorporates with the presentation of the film. This is a must try ride for the ogre-lovers.
  • Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle, is an interactive ride, this started at the Paramount King’s Island in Ohio. This features Scooby Doo and his friends and some spooky creatures in this castle and guests will be going along with the ride armed with a Fright Light which is a ghost blaster to help Scooby Doo hunt down these spooky creatures. A ride for those who love to solve ghost mysteries with Scooby Doo.
  • Jimmy Neutron’s Nicktoon Blast started in Universal Studios Florida; this is also a motion simulator movie which you will be able to help out the boy-genius Jimmy Neutron to help him in helping him save the world in this movie. If saving the world with Jimmy Neutron is what you are up for, then this is the ride for you.
